Developed India's first indigenous Plant Growth Chamber in 1984, pioneering controlled-environment research across the country.
Pioneered India's first automated protected plug-type vegetable seedling nursery with an annual capacity exceeding 52–55 crore saplings.
Recognized by the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India for advanced in-house research and development capabilities.
Approved vocational training partner for Greenhouse Technology under the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Successfully delivered projects from Antarctica to Algeria, serving diverse climates with over 8,400 installations worldwide.
Dr. Paul founded Saveer in 1978 with the mission of advancing India’s Agro-Biotech ecosystem. His pioneering leadership introduced advanced Environmental Simulation Systems, Hi-Tech Greenhouses, Phytotron Research Systems, and Speed Breeding Infrastructure to India.
